• Your intervals.icu API key, if you choose to connect your account

• Delivering and personalising workouts
• Processing payments and managing subscriptions
• Syncing workouts to intervals.icu when you opt in

Third-Party Services

We rely on the following services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — application hosting and analytics
• intervals.icu — optional workout sync (only when you connect your account)

Cookies

We use a single authentication session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, which removes all associated personal data from our systems. Stripe may retain billing records as required by law.
